Description:
- Serve as the senior executive relationship owner for assigned accounts within the TMT segment.
- Develop strategic partnerships with client executives by understanding their business challenges and aligning Conduent’s capabilities to address them.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including delivery, solution architects, and business development—to ensure service excellence and identify expansion opportunities.
- Lead account planning efforts, including growth strategies, renewal planning, and risk mitigation.
- Drive revenue and margin growth by expanding service offerings, negotiating renewals, and pursuing new business within existing accounts.
- Monitor and manage account-level financial performance, delivery metrics, and client satisfaction.
- Provide industry and market insights to influence solution development and go-to-market strategies.
- Ensure compliance with contracts, manage escalations, and oversee the resolution of complex issues.
- Act as a Conduent brand ambassador and thought leader in the TMT segment.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise account management or client relationship roles in the Technology, Media, or Telecom industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex accounts and growing long-term client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of BPO, CX, or digital transformation services.
- Excellent communication, executive presence, and strategic thinking skills.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results in a matrixed environment.
- Self-starter with exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred.
- Ability to travel as needed.
