The Procter & Gamble U.S. Business Services Company is seeking an IT Application Senior Manager based in Cincinnati, OH. This role is pivotal in owning the data gathering, analysis, validation, and management of solution requirements specifically for our employee equity programs. The successful candidate will lead the development of solutions, ensuring quality assurance and effective release management for applications that meet the needs of the business, stakeholders, and solution requirements. This position will also involve leveraging vendors and suppliers to deliver optimal results. In this role, the IT Application Senior Manager will coordinate closely with Project Managers, Operations Managers, IT Service Managers, and Architects to ensure alignment and effective execution of projects. The individual will be responsible for making technology choices, ensuring security, and managing the total cost of ownership for the application scope. Additionally, the manager will define, deploy, and govern the adaptation of development standards related to the application scope, building on global IT standards and policies. The role requires oversight of various business stakeholders, including Service leaders, Tax, HR, Finance, Payroll, and Compensation, while exercising strong project management skills. Local telecommuting is permitted up to one day per week, providing flexibility in the work environment.
Responsibilities
Own data gathering, analysis, validation, and management of solution requirements for employee equity programs.

Lead solution development, quality assurance, and release management for applications.

Coordinate with Project Managers, Operations Managers, IT Service Managers, and Architects.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5 years of hands-on experience designing, documenting, configuring, and coding changes to meet functional requirements.

Expert knowledge of Equity Management work processes, including administration of stock options and equity taxation.
,
Experience with SAP HCM Functional Consulting and ability to modify configuration of the SAP R/3 HR system.

Experience with SAP Payroll Technical Consulting, including working with Payroll Schemas and functions.
,
SAP ABAP skills, including the ability to read and write code in the SAP system.
,
Experience with SAP Integration configuration, including creating and modifying interfaces and API-based integrations.

Experience in building and implementing encryption methods (e.g., PGP).

Ability to design and build integration with brokers and tax providers.
Nice-to-haves
Experience with international trailing tax requirements.

Familiarity with dynamic actions in SAP Payroll.
