Responsibilities:

Accurately input data into FedEx systems, including tracking and shipping information.
Verify and update customer and shipment data to ensure correctness.
Monitor and maintain records of data entry progress.
Respond to inquiries regarding data and resolve discrepancies.
Ensure data security and confidentiality at all times.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure timely and accurate data entry.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in data entry or administrative support (preferably remote).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent typing skills (minimum of 40 WPM).
