Key Responsibilities
 Process financial transactions accurately and maintain precise financial records.
 Execute comprehensive bookkeeping duties with a high level of attention to detail.
 Conduct account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
 Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable with efficiency.
 Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel to oversee financial data and perform essential data entry tasks.
 Assist with administrative responsibilities as required to ensure seamless team operations.
 Complete month-end close procedures timely and accurately.
 Prepare and process invoices with meticulous attention to detail.
Required Skills
 Minimum of 3 years of experience in a bookkeeping position.
 Strong proficiency in account reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
 Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate financial records and execute bookkeeping duties effectively.
 Exceptional data entry skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
 Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks software.
 Familiarity with month-end closing procedures.
Qualifications
 A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping is required.
 An AssociateÂs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
