As a live chat support specialist, you’ll engage with customers in real-time, addressing their... inquiries, guiding them through various processes, and ensuring a positive experience. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining high customer satisfaction and building strong relationships.

What you will be doing: You will manage customer interactions through chat, focusing on resolving inquiries efficiently and effectively. Your goal is to provide support, offer solutions, and enhance the customer’s experience, all while operating within a dynamic and supportive team environment.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed:

Proficiency in using social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Capacity to multitask and manage time effectively.
Basic technical skills and a reliable internet connection.
A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Hours per week: Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours.
