REMOTE – Call Center / Customer Service Representative (P-T & F-T)
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Remote Call Center / Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information. Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information and solutions. Documentation: Record customer interactions in our database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency. Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance goals, including call volume, response time, and customer satisfaction scores. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred. Experience: Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in using computers and customer service software. Work Environment: Ability to work independently in a remote setting with reliable internet access.
