Immediate Hiring: Legal Operations Associate (Part-time)

Our team is expanding! We have a new opening for a Legal Operations Associate! This position is based in Remote and we are looking to fill it quickly. This position requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. The compensation for this role is benchmarked at a competitive salary.

NRGCO... provides comprehensive paid training to new hires in order to provide you with the tools necessary to succeed. The position provides broad business experience in a small company setting with exposure to the legal, judicial and government sectors.

This role is part-time. We are very flexible on the days and hours per week for this position and are looking for someone who could commit to between 8-29 hours per week.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Standard administrative duties
• Taking and processing client orders electronically or by telephone
• Maintaining and confirming client schedules
• Interacting with clients regarding special orders
• Processing orders and invoicing clients.

Required Skills:
• 1-3 years of work experience. New college grads are also encouraged to apply
• Strong attention to detail
• Punctual and deadline oriented
• Can-do attitude and excellent work-ethic
• Ability to work independently
• Organizational and time-management aptitude
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills

A bachelor's degree is required for this position.
