Job OverviewWe are a remote business management firm dedicated to offering exceptional bookkeeping and accounting support to small enterprises. We are seeking a meticulous, detail-oriented bookkeeper who is enthusiastic about delivering high-quality services and contributing significantly to our clients financial achievements.
Key Responsibilities
 Manage financial documentation using QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.
 Supervise Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
 Prepare and interpret financial reports, ensuring efficient extraction of relevant data.
 Detect and rectify discrepancies in income and expense accounts.
 Prepare and submit Sales & Use, Property, and City/County Annual Taxes.
 Oversee payroll processing, guaranteeing timely tax remittances.
 Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain organized workflows.
 Exhibit excellent time management abilities to consistently meet deadlines.
Required Skills
 Expertise in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.
 Comprehensive knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
 Proficiency in preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements.
 Experience in tax filing and payroll management.
 Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.
 Exceptional multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
Qualifications
 Demonstrated bookkeeping experience, particularly with small businesses.
