Amazon is looking for motivated individuals to join our Virtual Customer Service team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a critical role in creating a world-class customer experience for Amazon customers. You'll be responsible for assisting customers with a wide range of inquiries, from product support to order status, and everything in between. If you're a people-person and enjoy... helping others, this role is perfect for you.Key Responsibilities: Â Provide exceptional customer service through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. Â Act as the first point of contact for Amazon customers and resolve their inquiries and issues efficiently. Â Ensure customer problems are resolved with a one-call resolution approach. Â Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers. Â Assist customers with navigating Amazon's website and mobile applications. Â Document customer interactions with accuracy.
Qualifications: Â High school diploma or equivalent. Â Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Â Strong typing and computer navigation skills. Â Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Â Self-discipline and the ability to work independently. Â Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
