Position: Work From Home Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities: • Handle inbound customer inquiries, providing excellent service and support • Assist customers with order placement, product information, and general inquiries • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner • Document and track customer interactions using our customer management system • Provide accurate and efficient information to customers

Requirements: • High school diploma or GED equivalent • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Previous customer service experience preferred • Strong ability to multitask and navigate through various computer systems • Comfortable working from home and maintaining a productive work environment • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet • Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
