We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner. Preferred Qualifications: • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field • Experience in the automotive industry • Bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsibilities: • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person • Providing accurate information about our products and services to customers • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions • Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Skills:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with our customers. You will also use your problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to address customer concerns and ensure their satisfaction.
