Our client service team is searching for diligent, empathetic, and efficient individuals to join us as Remote Call Center Representatives. YouÂll be engaging with customers through live chat, addressing their inquiries, and providing solutions with a personal touch.What you will be doing:
Engage in live chat with customers, addressing inquiries and providing solutions, ensuring a seamless experience.
Offer support for various queries, ranging from product information to troubleshooting, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Participate in training to understand the products/services thoroughly and maintain up-to-date knowledge.
Rate:
$35 per hour. Requirements:
Access to a device with internet capabilities (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
Minimum availability of 10 hours per week.
Skills/Background Needed:
No previous experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
Strong communication skills and a patient, customer-focused approach.
Location:
Remote work online (United States preferred).
