VocoVision is hiring a Virtual School Social Worker to provide vital social-emotional support to students through our teletherapy platform.Key Responsibilities:  Offer virtual counseling to students with social, emotional, and behavioral needs  Collaborate with school staff, families, and community resources  Develop personalized intervention plans and participate in IEP meetings  Maintain accurate records of sessions and student progress
Position Details:
 Type: 1099 independent contractor
 Schedule: Flexible hours aligned with school needs
 Location: Fully remote
 Compensation: Competitive hourly rates based on experience
Qualifications:  MasterÂs in Social Work (MSW) with active state licensure as a School Social Worker  Experience in educational settings with knowledge of IEPs and 504 plans  Strong communication and problem-solving skills  Reliable internet and video conferencing setup
