Ideal Candidate Profile
Must-Have Qualifications:  CPA or equivalent (e.g., EA)  BachelorÂs in Finance or Accounting  5-10 years of relevant experience in tax  Strong understanding of tax laws
Ideal but Not Essential:
 Master of Taxation (MST)
 Experience in tax planning and strategy
Responsibilities:  Provide expert tax advice and planning  Develop and implement tax strategies  Manage multiple client relationships  Stay current on tax laws
