Job Title: Local Travel LVN – Abilene, Texas
Contract Length: 26 Weeks
Weekly Compensation: Up to $1,680 (based on experience)

Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team for a local/travel opportunity near Abilene, Texas. - Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in compliance with care plans, facility policies, and state regulations.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, progress, and responses to treatment.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and proper care techniques.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Adapt to various healthcare settings and contribute to the team’s goals effectively.
- Orientation Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Post-Orientation Work Schedule
- 5 eight-hour shifts per week, 2p-10p
- Education And Certification Requirements
- Current and unrestricted LVN license in the state of Texas.
- Minimum of 1 year of LVN experience preferred (travel experience is a plus).
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
- Strong communication and critical-thinking skills.
