About the Role:

Averco Pro Clean is seeking experienced, detail-oriented cleaning professionals for ongoing Move Out & Make Ready cleaning in the Richardson, TX area. This role is perfect for independent cleaners who take pride in delivering high-quality results and want flexible work opportunities.

Key Responsibilities: • Perform thorough Move Out & Deep Cleaning of vacated apartment units • Clean model units, make ready apartments, and new/post-construction units • Maintain common areas including lobbies, offices, gyms, laundry rooms, and clubhouses • Dust, polish, and sanitize furniture and fixtures • Sweep, vacuum, and mop all types of flooring • Empty trash bins and remove litter from designated areas • Report any damages or maintenance issues when noticed

Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of professional cleaning experience • Experience with move-out, make ready, or post-construction cleaning preferred • Reliable transportation and own cleaning equipment & supplies • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently • Business Liability Insurance (or willingness to obtain) • Basic English proficiency
