Who are we looking for?

We are currently seeking a reliable and resourceful Customer Service Representative (Inside Sales) to join our dynamic team in Lawrenceville, Georgia office!

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical product information, cost quotations, stock status and delivery information to customers in a designated territory. The Inside Sales Representative will reach business targets through excellent telephone sales and communication skills, while also developing revenue generation through the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers.

    Main responsibilities:
  • Promote Daemar’s entire line of product and programs within assigned territories
  • Manage incoming customer inquiries, identify customer needs and or requirements
  • Supply customers with all the available literature and knowledge on different products that may work for their intended application
  • Aid and guide to all customers by demonstrating an understanding of their business needs by using knowledge and experience within the industry
  • Creating quotes and orders, contacting customers, maintaining positive, long-term relationships
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure products are prepared in accordance with customer requests and delivery dates
  • Work closely with Sales Manager to develop goals and to monitor and track KPI’S to deliver on projected results
  • Track and record daily activities and ensure data is accurately and managed within the company’s database
  • Identify and develop new relationships to grow the business and assist the company expand while maintaining existing relationships
    Requirements:
  • Post-secondary diploma in Business or Administration or equivalent is an asset
  • Minimum two (2) years sales experience, inside sale experience is preferable
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Previous experience in a distribution environment is an asset
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Must be able to work well independently and effectively with a team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to consistently represent the company in a professional manner
  • Sound analytical thinking, planning prioritization and execution skills
  • Ability to respond appropriately in pressure situations with a calm and steady demeanor
