What You’ll Do
Amazon DSP Campaigns
Build, launch, and optimize display/audio/video ads; refine audiences; monitor ROAS, CTR, ACOS.
Keyword & Catalog Strategy
Continuously expand and prune keyword lists (GMRS, dual-band, ham, VHF/UHF, etc.); surface cross-sell ASIN opportunities.
Multi-Platform Amplification
Port winners to Google Ads, Meta, Reddit; A/B-test creative and landing pages.
Reporting
Deliver concise weekly dashboards on spend vs. sales, new-to-brand %, and organic rank lift.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Partner with product, creative, and support so every ad is technically accurate and on-brand.

- Comfortable with Excel/Sheets pivoting, AMC query reports, and bid-rule automation.
- Tight ad-copy writing skills that respect character limits and compliance rules.
- Nice-to-Have
- Direct experience with Baofeng or BTECH product families.
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification.
- Basic design ability (Figma, Canva, Adobe) for quick banner tweaks.
