Job Description Summary
The Clinical Applications Team Coordinator supplies critical support to the clinical applications organization with rigor to standard process and tools. This individual is responsible for overseeing and managing daily clinical applications operations, including but not limited to training and onsite requests, resource coordination, project plans and documentation to ensure timely and successful completion of tasks. Serve as a main point of contact and subject matter expert for all aspects of back-office clinical applications support, enabling the team to focus on the customer. As an integral member of the Clinical Applications team, this individual is expected to demonstrate a safety-first mindset with attention to detail and compliance while maintaining process and procedures that support the overall strategic vision of the PDx Molecular Imaging business.

This is a remote role where you will work out of your home office during normal business hours. The successful candidate will need to have the ability to work from home in a dedicated office space, free from distraction with a high-speed internet connection.

Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities
  • Team Scheduling & Workflow Coordination: Manage and optimize the daily, weekly, and monthly schedules of the Applications Team, ensuring the right team members are aligned with the right customer needs. Monitor CMO onboarding dates to facilitate effective resource planning while working with leadership and project management to update customer first dose timelines. Adjust schedules in real-time as needs evolve.
  • Customer Education Session Logistics: Coordinate logistics for virtual and onsite customer education sessions, including platform setup, material distribution, and post-session follow-up processes.
  • Act as the Central Point of Contact: Act as the central point of contact between the Applications Team, Sales, Project Management and OEM and clients to ensure all parties are aligned and informed. Maintain and respond with urgency to all incoming requests of clinical application operations
  • Resource & Materials Management: Maintain and organize up-to-date training materials, recordings, FAQs, and internal documentation. Ensure the team has quick access to what they need to prepare and deliver high-quality sessions.
  • Drive Team Rhythm: Prepare agendas, track follow-ups, and support meeting cadences (team stand-ups, debriefs, cross-team syncs) to keep the team aligned and efficient. Support onboarding and offboarding of applications resources. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and efficient workflows across the team.
  • Light Data & Reporting Support: Help track delivery metrics such as session counts, customer satisfaction scores, resource utilization, and follow-ups to support team performance reviews and process improvements.
  • Manage and Mitigate Risks: Adopt a proactive approach to identify risks and proactively escalate issues to leadership regarding resource constraints, site readiness, training schedules, etc., to meet customer and business commitments.
    Required Qualifications
  • High School or GED equivalent with a minimum of 2 years experience in one or more of the following: service operations, field support, project management, order management, or administrative/customer service
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong, demonstrated knowledge of current computer/office communications technologies with expertise in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Saleforce, Smartsheet
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports
  • Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies
  • Demonstrated self-starter, self-directed, team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic business environment
  • Ability to independently solve problems with a significant degree of complexity

Additional Job Description

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $56,000.00-$84,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
