And we do it all with heart, each and every day. Job Description Summary Review/Analyze reports for supporting improvements in member experience outcomes. Monitor key metrics to measure the business and improve operating processes. Position Summary Complete assigned audits – calls or PGs for Specialty Pharmacy and records in the appropriate database (i.e., Mattersight, Verint, ProNet, MSTeams). Collects and analyzes data related to healthcare quality measures, patient outcomes, and key performance indicators, in order to ensure work area targets and objectives are being consistently met. Contributes to the implementation and maintenance of quality assurance programs in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Assists in the development and review of quality protocols, policies, and procedures, escalating any issues or concerns to management for review and resolution. Compiles and maintains records of quality metrics, performance indicators, and improvement initiatives, also providing summarization reports to capsulize progress against key goals and targets. Conducts basic audits and assessments to evaluate adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement. Communicates quality goals, strategies, and progress internally through meetings, presentations, and regular updates. Coordinates with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive quality improvement projects and programs. Carries out quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing healthcare processes, patient safety, and clinical outcomes. Assists in providing education and guidance to staff members on quality standards, regulatory requirements, and performance improvement methodologies. **Role is Remote, but must live within 75 miles of a Specialty Pharmacy to qualify** Monroeville, PA Orlando, FL Tampa, FL Raleigh, NC Fairfield, NJ Troy, MI Required Qualifications 1+ years of SPRx 2+ years of Data interpretation and analysis experience Adept at problem solving and decision-making skills Preferred Qualifications Basic awareness of problem solving and decision-making skills Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint Program application such as Mattersight and ProNet Quality Improvement Associate Certification (CQIA) preferred Education High school diploma or 5+ years equivalent experience. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $21.10 - $36.78 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
