    Description:
  • Drive outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads
  • Engage with CTOs, IT Directors, and infrastructure decision-makers to uncover business needs
  • Craft compelling messaging across platforms to stand out in a crowded market
  • Use social media and online tools to personalize outreach and build relationships
  • Maintain up-to-date records in Salesforce CRM
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine strategies and improve performance
  • Represent Servers.com at industry events, conferences, and virtual meetups
  • Meet and exceed individual sales development targets
    Requirements:
  • 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in a tech-driven or B2B environment
  • Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets in a performance-based setting
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills – written and verbal
  • A curious mindset and excellent active listening/questioning skills
  • Motivation to thrive in a high-growth environment with uncapped potential
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to a constantly evolving sales landscape
  • Bonus Points for: Experience in IaaS, SaaS, cloud computing, or other tech industries
  • B2B sales experience targeting technical buyers
