- Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently prepare, cook, and assemble a variety of food items
- Master the art of working in different kitchen stations, including prepping, breading, frying, assembling dishes, and managing the workflow
- Keep the kitchen tidy and well-maintained continually
- Keep an eye on inventory levels and replenish supplies and ingredients as required
- Stick to Chick-fil-A's directives on maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
- Keep up to date and follow the new menu introductions and training methods
- Speedily report equipment issues to those in charge
- Carry out the specified responsibilities for starting or ending daily operations
- Follow all the regulations, standards, and protocols concerning behavior, appearance, and company requirements
- Perform supplementary tasks as delegated
- Qualifications and Experience:
- Consistent performance, reliability, and punctuality are indispensable
