Our mission is to deliver high-impact consulting services that help companies modernize, scale, and innovate using AWS and other emerging technologies. We’re looking for a Consulting Sales Executive who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and can hit the ground running from day one.

    What You’ll Do
  • Own the Sales Motion
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, qualifying, pitching, closing, and expanding accounts.
  • Build a high-quality pipeline through AWS relationships, outbound efforts, and market intelligence.
  • Develop and execute GTM strategies with founders and technical leads.
  • Leverage AWS Network
  • Actively work with AWS Partner teams (PDMs, SA, ISVs) to source and co-sell opportunities.
  • Understand the AWS ecosystem, programs (e.g., MAP, SaaS Factory), and navigate internal AWS channels.
  • Sell Consulting Services
  • Pitch cloud modernization, data platforms, AI/ML, and application development services.
  • Collaborate with technical SMEs to shape custom proposals, SOWs, and value propositions.
  • Act Like an Owner
  • Build repeatable sales processes and improve sales collateral.
  • Provide customer feedback to influence solution offerings and roadmap.
    What We’re Looking For
  • Startup Mindset – You’re resourceful, scrappy, and comfortable operating without a playbook.
  • Strong AWS Connections – Existing relationships with AWS Partner teams is non-negotiable.
  • Sales Track Record – 3–7 years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of closing consulting/service deals, ideally with cloud or tech focus.
  • Solution Selling – Ability to sell outcomes, not just hours. You understand how to scope complex consulting engagements.
  • Excellent Communication – Strong storytelling, proposal writing, and deal negotiation skills.
  • Self-Starter – You take initiative, prioritize ruthlessly, and execute without micromanagement.
    Compensation
  • Base Salary + High Commission –
  • While the base salary is competitive,
  • the real earning potential is commission-based
  • , with uncapped upside for high performers. Your income will scale directly with your impact.

  • Experience working with AWS Marketplace, co-sell tools, or APN programs.
  • Background in technical sales, cloud consulting, or SaaS solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $15,000.00 - $90,675.00 per year

    Schedule:
  • Day shift
  • Weekends as needed
