- Inputting and updating data into the company databases and spreadsheets
- Performing regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of information
- Verifying and correcting data discrepancies or errors
- Generating reports as requested by management to analyze data trends
- Assisting with data migration projects and system upgrades when necessary
- Providing administrative support to other departments as needed in relation to data
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry is a plus
- Proven experience in a data entry role or similar position
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and data entry software
- Excellent typing skills with a high degree of speed and accuracy
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines
Expected salary: $17.75 - 24.5 per hour
