St. Luke's Hospital at Home exists to optimize acute care outcomes through collaboration and the use of technology. • Patients receive in-home, acute patient-centered care from a professional, collaborative health care team including RNs, providers, paramedics and speciality technicians


• Hospital at Home support is available 24/7


• Support patients by virtually assessing, monitoring and collaborating on patient care


• Engage in the launch of this new program and be instrumental in its growth and potential


• Hospital at Home has onsight provider available 24/7


• RN/patient ratio of 6:1


• On site position in high tech facility; NOT REMOTE work


• Full-time (0.9 FTE) opportunity, day shift openings, 12-hour shifts, rotating weekends/holidays.


• Certification pay available

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree required, Bachelor of Nursing Degree preferred


• Experience: 3+ year RN Experience in acute care


• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
