<div><strong>Project Manager</strong><br><strong>Duration - 12 months</strong><br><strong>Location - Chicago/Jersey City (remote for now)</strong><br> <br><strong>US Citizens, Green Card, EAD (H4, L2), E3 TN visa holders and H1B transfer is preferred, NO third party corp. to corp. accepted for this job</strong> <br><br><ul> <li>At least 10 years of experience of leading digital and API programs for the financial institutions - Must haves</li> <li>Experience of practising SAFe in the projects - Must haves</li> <li>Deliver projects using the appropriate agile project management methodology, learning &amp; iterating frequently</li> <li>Work with the Program manager, Product Owner/ BA to define the roadmap for any given product and translate this into Epics/user stories</li> <li>Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process - prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team</li> <li>Matrix-managing a multidisciplinary team</li> <li>Ensure all features are built to an appropriate level of quality for the stage (alpha/beta/production)</li> <li>Actively participating in the Delivery Manager community, sharing and re-applying skills and knowledge and bringing in best practice.</li> <li>Setup the agile environment your team needs to build and iterate a user-centred service</li> <li>Removing obstacles or 'blockers' to progress at scrum of scrum level.</li> <li>Work with SQM on the overall product test strategy.</li> <li>Helping your service team become better at autonomously organizing their own work</li></ul><ul> <li>Proven experience in delivering digital projects and products</li> <li>Proven experience using a range of agile project management methods</li> <li>Proven experience balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity</li> <li>Understanding of the digital landscape</li> <li>Experience in matrix-managing multi-disciplinary teams</li></ul></div>
