You will be responsible for shepherding our largest, most important activations through the full cross-functional working process, starting where product strategy and marketing strategy meet, through full creative planning, execution, and delivery.<br><br>The keys to success in this role will be your ability to form relationships with a range of partners and stakeholders, and to create and manage detailed project cadences by owning key moments through lifecycles. Your most important partners will be product and integrated marketers, and creative and experiential producers, as you fill the role of the central hub across the project arc.<br><br>What you''ll do<br>• Act as single central project hub through full marketing cycle: plan process and drive MCDC's biggest initiatives from product and marketing strategy convergence through post launch activities<br>• Unite and usher cross-functional teams and projects through established processes, leveraging learnings, templates, etc.<br>• Collaborate with Program Management, Creative Ops and Resource Management to develop and inform processes to enable our teams to work at scale<br>• Partner with Product Marketing Lead, Integrated Marketing Lead, Comms, HOC ECD, HOC Creative & Experiential Producer to integrate teams during critical moments of overlap and collaboration (i.e., initial high-level timelining to determine project phase KO dates through launch, product and marketing strategy integration, creative brief co-creation, channel brief co-creation, review cycles)<br>• Provide ongoing visibility and reporting on project status and flags to executive team; create and maintain central Project Milestones Calendars for exec and cross-functional reference<br>• Drive senior cross-functional stakeholder conversations to ensure alignment at key moments<ul> <li> **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** </li></ul><br><ul> <li> **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.** </li></ul><br><br> <br><br><strong>Benefits: <br> For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here .
