Our cutting-edge virtual school is looking for a passionate Special Needs Instructor to join our remote team. In this role, you'll utilize your expertise to support students with diverse learning needs in an innovative digital environment.

Essential Duties...

• Design and implement online individualized education programs

• Provide specialized instruction through virtual platforms

• Conduct remote assessments and progress monitoring

• Facilitate online IEP meetings and parent communications

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members digitally

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Kansas teaching license with Special Education endorsement

• Experience in K-12 special education settings

• Proficiency in online learning management systems

• Strong digital communication and collaboration skills

• Passion for innovative teaching methods and technology integration
