ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Deidre Fresquez - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
    QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Licensing Requirements: Must obtain Property & Casualty (P&C) license before starting and Life & Health (L&H) license within 30 days of hire.
  • Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales preferred, with a proven ability to meet or exceed goals.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage and educate clients.
  • Customer Focus: A commitment to exceptional service and building relationships.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with computer systems, including CRMs and Windows environments.
