Social Media Marketing Specialist

The Opportunity: We're seeking a brand-intuitive Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our award-winning luxury hair salon and expanding product line business. You'll be responsible for growing our social media presence while learning and maintaining our distinctive "chic, stealth edge" aesthetic that sets us apart in the luxury market. This role offers the opportunity to support a business preparing for major retail partnerships while building authentic lifestyle brand content.

• Salary: $900 - $1,100 per month (based on experience)
• Location: Remote
• Schedule: Flexible with Pacific Time overlap
• Experience: At least 3 years experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist

Requirements

Your Goal: Grow our social media presence across Instagram and TikTok while learning and maintaining our distinctive brand aesthetic, creating content that drives both salon bookings and product sales as we prepare for major retail expansion.

• You understand subtle brand nuances that differentiate sophisticated positioning from traditional approaches

• You develop comprehensive content strategies that balance engagement and conversion goals
• You create diverse content types including carousels, graphics, and video content consistently
